Refund policy
All orders for products marked as “All Sales Final” or “Final Sale” CANNOT be returned, modified, or canceled.
The Return Policy is ONLY applicable to distinct regular priced products (non-All Sales Final or non-Final Sale products). A regularly priced product may be returned for a refund within 7 days of purchase if in its original unworn/unused condition (original box and/or packaging). All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which is based on the total sale amount of the product (excluding any applicable taxes and shipping fees). The preceding statement includes orders returned as undeliverable by mail/shipping carriers and orders directly returned by customers, even if the original box/package has not been opened.
*Special promotions and Limited Edition products are not eligible for return.
All returns must be authorized via email prior to return shipping. A product returned without authorization may be refused upon delivery. Please email sales@attictwo34.com to request authorization for a return.
Upon receipt of a return and a subsequent inspection, a notification email indicating receipt of the returned product and whether or not the return has been approved for a refund will be sent. All approved refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless Attic Two34 LLC inadvertently ships the incorrect product to a customer. It is highly RECOMMENDED that extra services (tracking, signature confirmation, insurance, etc.) are purchased from a mail/shipping carrier when returning a product. Attic Two34 LLC cannot guarantee that the returned product will be received.
