    Attic Two34 is an online boutique founded in 2019. We are based in Northern Virginia. Our goals are to consistently offer a variety of unique products and provide an unparalleled customer experience.

    Are all of the products authentic?

      Yes, all of the items sold on www.attictwo34.com are 100% AUTHENTIC. Attic Two34 does not affiliate with fakes, variants, or counterfeit products. Our inventory is acquired from Authorized Dealers and Trademarked Manufacturers.

        Can I pay with PayPal/Venmo?

          Yes, you can pay with PayPal or Venmo using PayPal Express Checkout. You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal and you can still use your debit or credit card.

          When will my order be shipped?

            Orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days upon receipt of order with approved payment. Shipping address MUST match the billing address. Orders will ONLY be shipped to the billing address associated with the payment information. NO SHIPPING on the following U.S. holidays:

            How do I track my order?

              You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

              What is the return policy?

                All orders for products marked as “ALL SALES FINAL” or “FINAL SALE” cannot be RETURNED, CANCELLED, OR MODIFIED.

                Our Return Policy is ONLY applicable to distinct regular priced products (NON-All Sales Final or NON-Final Sale products), which must be returned for a refund within 7 days of purchase if in its original unworn/unused condition (original box and/or packaging). All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee that is based on the total sale amount of the product (excluding any applicable taxes and shipping fees). This includes orders returned as undeliverable by a mail/shipping carrier and orders directly returned by customers, even if the original box/package has not been opened.

                *Special Promotions and Limited Edition products are not eligible for return. They fall under “ALL SALES FINAL” or “FINAL SALE.” 

                All returns must be pre-authorized via email. A product returned without authorization will be refused upon delivery. Please email: sales@attictwo34.com to request authorization for a return.

                Upon receipt of a return and subsequent inspection, a notification email indicating receipt of the returned product and whether or not the return has been approved for a refund will be sent. All approved refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

                What if I purchase a product that is in-stock but thereafter I receive a refund?

                  We post our products on other selling platforms. As a result, our store may not update in time to reflect the recently sold product. When/if a product is oversold, a refund will be issued promptly. In addition, we may choose to refund your payment if your shipping address does not match the billing address or suspicious activity is detected.
